  1. In a bowl, mix together the canna flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the water and oil together.
  3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet ingredients. Whisk together.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over MEDIUM heat. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the pan, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry. Flip and cook until brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Serve immediately.
