  1. Drain the beans and place in a bowl and mash with a potato masher.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. You may add hot sauce if you want it hot.
  3. Transfer in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, take out from the refrigerator and stir.
  5. Take out just enough for your use and store the remaining mixture back in the refrigerator.
  6. This is best when used as a dip or sauce for chips, on sandwiches, veggies or as an appetizer.
