Directions
- Drain the beans and place in a bowl and mash with a potato masher.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. You may add hot sauce if you want it hot.
- Transfer in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, take out from the refrigerator and stir.
- Take out just enough for your use and store the remaining mixture back in the refrigerator.
- This is best when used as a dip or sauce for chips, on sandwiches, veggies or as an appetizer.
