3 tbspĀ canna oil
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard (use dijon if you want)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup red onion, cut into thin strips
3/4 lb fresh spinach, washed
1/2 cup toasted pecans
