Apple Pecan Spinach Salad

  1. In a bowl, whisk canna oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add apples and onions and toss until they are covered with dressing.
  3. Place spinach on top, then pecans.
  4. Toss everything together and serve immediately.
