  • Butter

    • Cooking with marijuana offers an alternative to inhaling marijuana smoke to get high. By using cannabutter in your recipes you can consume the marijuana in a tasty way.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. butter (not margarine!)
    • 1/2 oz of finely ground marijuana

    Instructions

    • Melt the butter in a sauce pan until it's simmering
    • Put this on VERY low heat to only warm the butter. Overheating will turn the butter black and add a burnt flavour.
    • Add the marijuana and let simmer for 30 minutes or so until the butter has turned green from the marijuana
    • Pour butter through a strainer to remove all the pieces of marijuana
    • Chill until solid

    Cooking oil

    Ingredients

    • 48 oz Canola cooking oil
    • 1 large-sized cooking pot
    • 1 oz of marijuana nuggets or a 1/4 pound brick marijuana (or as much trim as you can fit in there)
    • 1 steel or metal strainer (to filter out the oil)
    • 1 funnel that will fit in the Canola bottle

    Instructions

    • Take the bottle of canola oil and poor the whole bottle into the pot
    • Turn the stove on and put it on medium, place the pot on the stove and keep it on there till it is hot, DO NOT LET BOIL.
    • Now take the marijuana / shake crumble it up into small bits, put all this into your pot.
    • Now every ten minutes or so stir the pot for the next two hours, the trick is not to let it boil over just to keep it hot. If it starts to boil just lift the pot up and let it cool down a bit & turn your heat down a bit. Once or twice of this you will find the exact heat.
    • If you let it boil over the oil will turn black and it will taste bad
    • Keep doing this for about two hours, after a bit the oil might turn a little bit green and brown. This is all normal, and means that the resin extraction is working properly.
    • After two hours take the pot off the burner and let it cool for about thirty minutes. Then take the pot and pour the oil throught that metal strainer, do this a couple times to make sure no leaf bits or anything ends up in the final product.
    • Take the filtered oil and funnel the final product into the canola oil
    • It's the same as regular cooking oil but try to keep out of light as the light will take some of the effect out of the THC.

    Milk or Cream

    • Simmer whole milk, cream or half and half for at least an hour with a couple of tablespoons of unsalted butter added
    • Make sure to cook on LOWEST heat. If the mixture becomes too hot the milk will curdle

    Tinctures

  • Ingredients
  • 1 fifth of hard alcohol
  • 1/8-1/4 of marijuana
  • Grind up your marijuana decently fine then add it to your hard alcohol( example: 151)
  • Let the mixture steep (covered) for a week to a month shaking it twice a day to mix up the solution take the cap off of the bottle to release gasses once a day, after steeping for long as you want strain out the excess plant matter through a cheesecloth squeezing the extra juices out
  • For tinctures without alcohol follow the same recipe as above replacing alcohol with glycerine

  • Flour

    • Another method that doesn't require cooking is cannaflour
    • Grind the cannabis up as fine as you can get it, and mix it with the following ratio: for every cup of flour, mix in a half cup of powdered cannabis.
    • Your final product is cannaflour, and you can use it in just about every baking recipe.

    Marijuana

    • Melt some (dairy) butter in a pan and throw in some weed; stir a bit, and then fry an egg (or a pancake or whatever) in it.
    • Don't throw the weed away, it will still contain some THC
    • Eat the egg or whatever you made

    Lifesaver pizza

    Ingredients

    • 1 pre made pizza base
    • 2 tbs olive oil
    • 1 large onion
    • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 can tomatoes drained
    • 1-3 tbls marijuana finely chopped/grated
    • 1 tbs fresh basil chopped
    • 1 tsp chilli flakes
    • 5 sliced hot italian sausages
    • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

    Instructions

    • Pre heat oven 180c
    • Cook sausages in frying pan slice when cool
    • Heat olive oil in frying pan add onion and garlic cook til tender
    • Spread tomato sauce on dough, sprinkle with your toppings
    • Scatter the sausage and mozzarella evenly over crust
    • Put in oven and bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or til the crust is golden brown and chesse is starting to brown

    Peanut butter protein bars

    A Recipe for diabetics

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp no sugar peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
    • 1/2 tsp liquid artificial sweetener saccharin, stevia, liquid Spenda
    • 1/4 cup Splenda or 4 packets Sweet n Low
    • One scoop vanilla whey protein powder

    Instructions

    • Melt peanut butter and butter in microwave or double boiler
    • Mix in the sweetener thoroughly
    • Add protein powder and stir until able to form a ball
    • Roll up in a ball and kneed for a few seconds
    • Separate into even four even portions and roll into balls
    • Place in refrigerator until firm

    Ganja garlic bread

    Ingredients

    • 1 baguette or French stick/loaf
    • 3 - 5 garlic cloves, chopped
    • A handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
    • Roughly 11 oz / 300 g cannabutter or about an 1/8 of a marijuana

    Instructions

    • The bread should be cut diagonally along the length at about 3 in / 7.5 cm intervals, not cut all the way through.
    • All the other ingredients can now go into a bowl and be gently mixed into a paste until there's an even spread of herbs through the butter.
    • The mix should be liberally spread in each cut in the bread and baked in a hot oven (400F / 200C) for 20 minutes, or until all the butter has melted and the bread starts to turn brown.

    Grassy knoll guacamole

    Ingredients

    • 1 fresh red chile
    • The juice of 2 limes
    • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 2/3 tsp finely chopped or ground marijuana
    • 3 large ripe avocados
    • 1/2 cup / 80 g very finely chopped onion

    Instructions

    • Everything needs to be mixed together except avocados and onion and left to stand for about an hour. The lime juice will react with the rest of the ingredients to draw out the flavors and THC.
    • The avocados and onion can then be added and mashed up. A hand blender will give a really smooth mix.

    Bud rice Krispie treats

    Ingredients

    • 4-5 tbs of cannabutter
    • 6 cups marshmallows
    • 6 cups cereal

    Instructions

    • Cook up the butter and melt the marshmallows
    • Add cereal after and put into 13/9 dish, we recommend using the berry rice krispies as well as the original.

    Apple pie

    Ingredients

    • 4 apples (cored)
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 4 cherries
    • 1/3 cup chopped marijuana leaf
    • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

    Instructions

    • Pre heat oven at 350 degrees
    • Powder the marijuana in a blender
    • Mix in the sugar and water
    • Cut up apples, mix with marijuana, sugar paste
    • Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and top with a cherry. Bake for 25 minutes

    Banana bread

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup cannabutter
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3 bananas (very ripe)
    • 1/2 cup sour cream or milk
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 Cup of finely chopped marijuana

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    • Beat the cannabutter, eggs, sour cream (or milk), and sugar in a large bowl
    • Add baking soda, weed, and vanilla
    • Add flour slowly while beating. When mixed, add the bananas and beat until mostly smashed
    • Place in a greased loaf baking pan and bake for one hour

    5 minute chocolate mug cake

    Ingredients

    • 4 tbs flour
    • 4 tbs sugar
    • 2 tbs cocoa
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tbs milk
    • 3 tbs cannabutter
    • 3 tbs chocolate chips (optional)
    • A small splash of vanilla extract
    • 1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)

    Ingredients

    • Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
    • Add the egg and mix thoroughly
    • Pour in the milk and oil and mix well
    • Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix
    • Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts
    • The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
    • Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired

    Chai tea

    Ingredients

    • 2 chai tea bags
    • 3 1/2 cups of water
    • a can of whipped cream (actual cream!)
    • 1 cup soy milk
    • TAZO chai tea base (you can get it at walmart if you dont like starbucks)
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 of a cup of marijuana, stems work great for this as well

    Instructions

    • Break up marijuana, it doest have to be super fine, if you have stems use those too.
    • Carefully open the tea bags and add the weed and stems into them and staple closed.
    • Bring water and soy milk to a boil
    • Squirt about 1/2 cup of whip cream into the hot water and let it melt
    • Add the tea bags, let this sit on medium heat for 20 to 30 min
    • Add sugar and remove from heat
    • Now follow the instructions on the TAZO chia tea box but use the marijuana tea/ soymilk mixture intead of milk.
    • Add ice or more soy milk to taste

    Bud fudge

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 cup cannabutter
    • 25 large marshmallows quartered (or about 100 mini mallows)
    • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Instructions

    • Grease 11x16 jelly pan or cookie sheet with sides
    • Combine Sugar, milk, vanilla and cannabutter in a large sauce pan
    • Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
    • Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat
    • Add marshmallows and chocolate chips stir until melted and smooth
    • Pour into greased pan and refridgerate for easier cutting

    Pot-corn balls

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
    • 1/4 cup cannabutter
    • 2 teaspoons cold water
    • 2 5/8 cups confectioners' sugar
    • 1 cup marshmallows
    • 5 quarts plain popped popcorn

    Instructions

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, margarine, cold water, confectioners' sugar and marshmallows
    • Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil
    • Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel
    • Grease hands with vegetable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools
    • Wrap with cellophane or plastic wrap and store at room temperature

    Bruschetta

    Ingredients

    • Loaf of Italian or Sour Dough bread Cut in 4 inch slices
    • Set aside 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
    • 1/3 cup canna infused oil
    • paprika
    • 2 tomatoes, finely diced
    • 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1.5 Tbs balsamic vinegar
    • 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions

    • Toast bread with olive oil garlic mixture sprinkled with paprika
    • Then put tomato topping mixture on top

    Stuffed peppers

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 pack instant rice
    • 4 large green bell peppers
    • 4 table spoons of canna butter
    • grated cheese

    Instructions

    • Cook beef with onion then mix with cooked rice
    • Hollow peppers out and stuff with mixture
    • Put a spoonful of cannabutter on each one and top with grated cheese
    • Broil until cheese is nice and bubbly

    Spicy chicken pasta

    Ingredients

    • 1 Pack Linguine
    • 1 splash olive oil
    • 2 oz. cannabutter
    • 1 g. Buds (optional)
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 Pinch Salt
    • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
    • 6 oz. Chicken (marinated, cooked and chopped.)
    • 1/2 White Onion (Chopped)
    • 1 Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach
    • 4 oz. White Wine
    • 4 Sliced Mushrooms
    • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

    Instructions

    • Start a pot of water over high heat. Add a dash of salt and olive oil
    • Stir water and let come to a full boil
    • Add linguine noodles to the pot of boiling water
    • Cook following the directions on the package of noodles
    • Strain the noodles after cooked to your liking and place in serving bowl
    • Place garlic/chicken/salt/pepper/butter in Sautee Pan
    • Turn on to high heat. Sautee stirring every 4 min till edges of the butter in the pan are darkening. This is the first reduction. (Don't burn the butter!)
    • Add the white onion/ frozen spinach/ (Optional buds)/ White wine to sautee pan. Let sautee till onions become tender
    • Add crushed red peppers/ mushrooms and sautee till the sauce begins to thicken and the veggies are all tender
    • Pour over the noodles in the serving dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the whole dish

    Rasta Pasta

    Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 3/4 cup CannaButter
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 can button mushroom pieces
  • 1 can portobello mushroom pieces
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 cups light cream (or 1/2&1/2)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions

  • Cook Fettuccine (drain, cover set aside)
  • In a large skillet melt cannabutter over medium heat
  • Add garlic, saute over medium heat for 1-2 minutes
  • Stir in 3/4 cup cream
  • Stir constantly over medium heat 2-3 minutes
  • Add fettuccine, red peppers and mushrooms to skillet
  • Stir in remaining cream, cheese, pepper and salt

    Skunk Pesto

    Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 oz of marijuana
  • 1/4 cup of good grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbs pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Instructions

  • Gently saute the weed in the olive oil for 10 minutes or so, being careful not to let it burn
  • Let the olive oil/marijuana mixture cool down to room temperature
  • Place basil leaves in small batches in food processor and whip until well chopped (do about 3/4 cup at a time)
  • Add about 1/3 the nuts and garlic, blend again
  • Add about 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese
  • Blend while slowly adding 1/3 of the canna olive oil
  • Process pesto until it forms a thick smooth paste
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used, mix all batches together well
  • Serve over pasta, bruschetta, or your choice of ingredients
  • Pesto keeps in refrigerator one week, or freeze for a few months

    Lollipops

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canna butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • A few drops of food colouring (Your choice)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Lightly greased cookie sheet
  • 1 quart pan
  • Candy thermometer
  • Instructions

  • Add butter, syrup and sugar together in 1 quart sauce pan
  • Boil ingredients to 270 degrees and check temp with candy thermometer
  • Once at 270 degrees add food coloring and turn down heat.Layout lollipop sticks on greased cookie sheet leaving room to pour suckers onto them
  • You can make the suckers as big or small as you want just be carefull how much you eat
  • Be carefull about the sucker mix that is boiling it hardens pretty fast so have everything ready

    Lemon Swordfish

    Ingredients

  • 3 pound swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon peel, grated
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • *¾ cup cannabis olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 pinch each garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Instructions

  • Spray an ovenproof dish lightly with cooking spray and place fish in the dish
  • In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except for garlic and onion powder and paprika), and pour on top fish
  • Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Drain and reserve marinade for basting; pour marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and allow to cool
  • Grease the grill lightly with cooking spray. Season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
  • Place steaks over hot coals and grill approximately 10 minutes per side, basting often with the reserved marinade. Serve with fresh lemon slices.

    Herbal Ice Tea

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 oz marijuana
  • 1 Pitcher of your favorite tea
  • Ice
  • Water
  • 4-6 oz Honey of your favorite honey
  • Filter/Strainer
  • Instructions

  • In saucepan, combine water and honey and simmer while stirring, until the honey becomes very liquified
  • Once the honey reaches a watery consistency, add marihuana. Our goal is to let the oils dissolve into the honey
  • Allow to simmer on med-low while constantly stirring for about 15 minutes. When the majority of the active ingredient is absorbed into the honey, it is time to strain the honey. Cheese cloth works best, but use what you got.
  • Return activated honey to pan and allow to condense back to the thickness of the honey you started with
  • Once cool, simply mix 1-2 tbs of honey into each glass of ice tea or add honey to anything you would normally add honey to. 1 glass is usually enough

    Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients

  • 6 grams Marijuana (finely ground)
  • 1 cup real butter (2sticks)
  • 1/2 Cup white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbs Vanilla
  • 2 eggs (well beaten)
  • 3 cups of flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 small bag of chocolate chips(or to preference)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven 325 degrees
  • In a pan melt butter and ground herb on low for 15 min do not let burn
  • In a pan mix butter, well beaten egg, sugars & vanilla mix in dry ingredients
  • Mix very well lightly chill in refrigerate for about 20 min.
  • Mix in desired chocolate chips
  • Drop onto cookie sheet (no need to grease) bake @325 in oven for 10-20 min or until light brown

    Honey Cinnamon Drizzled Pumpkin Squares

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of marijuana
  • 2 boxes of fruity pebbles
  • 2 regular size bags of pumpkin spice flavored marshmallows (seasonal)
  • A little honey & a little cinnamon & sugar (to drizzle over the top)
  • Instructions

  • On medium heat melt marshmallows and cannabis butter in larger pot. Constantly stir
  • Once marshmallows and butter are melted add cereal and turn off heat
  • Stir mixture quickly (before it hardens) and pour into 2 different pans (one smaller one average size pan)
  • Flatten mixture out in pans and drizzle honey over the top
  • Finally finish off with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar
  • Refrigerate for 20 mins to harden and then let cool
  • For best results cut up in squares and individually wrap each bar and put in fridge for storing

    Fantastic Pot Pasta

    Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 1/2 cannabis milk (1/4 oz marijuana)
  • Half a green, red or yellow pepper
  • Half a onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tlbs margarine (or cannabis butter)
  • 4 tlbs flour
  • 1/2 ts wet mustard
  • Fresh dill
  • Instructions

  • Boil pasta until tender. Set aside
  • In a saucepan, saute veggies until onion is transparent. Set aside with pasta
  • Melt margarine completely in saucepan
  • Add flour to produce paste. Whisk in cannabis milk until all is well blended
  • Add pasta and veggies

    Chocolate Red Velvet Cupcakes

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cannabutter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (white)
  • Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, then line the muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • 2. In a large bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  • 3. Beat the cannabutter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, and mix in. Add vanilla extract and food coloring (to desired color).
  • 4. Now add the flour mixture and sour cream a bit at a time, and keep blending.
  • 5. In another bowl, combine vinegar and soda, after fizzing stops, add to the batter and mix in.
  • 6. Divide the batter by filling each liner about 3/4 of the ways full.
  • 7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Healthy Oatmeal

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 packet plain oatmeal
  • 1-2 tsp oil of your choice (we suggest canna-oil)
  • 2 grams finely ground marijuana (or amount of your choice)
  • Instructions

  • 1.Preheat your oven to 320 degrees
  • 2.Take your almonds and put them in your food processor. Let them grind for a while (it will take a while.) It's going to look piecey and powdery but will turn into a paste/butter.
  • 3.Mix your powdered marijuana with your almond butter. Stir it together with a fork, making sure the marijuana is completely incorporated into the butter.
  • 4.Put your oatmeal in your food processor. Process that into a fine powder.
  • 5.Mix nut butter/marijuana, oat flour, and oil all together.
  • 6.Put your mix on a sheet of tinfoil and wrap it up. This should shape it, as well as minimize any odor.
  • 7.Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
